Every day, we work hard to make sure your visit is totally safe, with special safety measures in place in all areas

We also need your help to achieve this though!

Below are the main measures adopted by Caribe Bay, the rules to follow and some frequently asked questions.

MANAGEMENT OF VISITOR NUMBERS

We guarantee an adequate flow of people around the Park and in its indoor areas.

We offer online ticket purchase incentives to help management visitor numbers with special fast-track lanes for advance ticket holders.

Buy your online ticket in advance. Save money.

No, is not necessary to book. We add incentives for online purchase of tickets, sun umbrella hire and meal deals to allow us to calibrate people density to Park capacity and reduce queuing times, inside and outside the Park.

In compliance with the Italian Government Decree-Law, from 6th August 2021 all Guests up to the age of 12 years will have to present “The Green Pass Certificate“ to access at Caribe Bay. More information will be available soon in our official channels.

Some attractions, areas and services may be offered to a limited extent and others may not be available.

All the waiting areas at the attractions have been reorganized to ensuring social distancing between people who are not of the same family or travelling group. In general, it is recommended not to wait if the area is full.

RESPECTING SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES AND OTHER INDICATIONS IN THE RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

We help you with vertical and horizontal signage and we have increased staff numbers for greater control of respect of guidelines and the Responsibility Agreement

To make it easier to respect the social distancing guidelines in the Responsibility Agreement and Park Safety Measures, we have reduced certain maximum capacity numbers.

We have introduced ID wristbands for your family and/or travelling group so you can enjoy a fun day out with your relatives and/or friends. The wristbands means you can use attractions with them without having to observe social distancing

We have put all our menus for our N. 11 food service points online in electronic format to reduce contact situations to a minimum.

Sun umbrellas are distanced 4 m apart thus guaranteeing 4 sq.m more space compared to national guidelines for beach and bathing facilities.

Scan the QR code in the leaflet you receive at the ticket office or go to the dedicated page on our website and read the Responsibility Agreement carefully. We ask you to follow the instructions given by signage and Park staff. Please do your bit!

Follow the instructions given by stewards. To reduce the time taken for ticket office operations, where possible, have your advance purchase tickets and/or receipts and associated documents ready.

Please be patient and understanding of these necessary operational measures.

Keep a safe distance of 1.5 m from other people not in your family and/or travelling group both inside and outside the Park, as you move around and in queues.

Do not move sun loungers out of the reserved space around your umbrella of 16 sq.m.

It is important that visitors show attention and respect for other guests and staff members, always maintaining the now well-known social distance of 1,5 meter from other people. In the family, the rules of distancing do not apply.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING

We constantly clean and sanitize high contact areas.

Excluding the final payment at the end of your visit, only electronic payments are accepted in the Park (no cash).

We have set up hand-sanitizing stations around the Park wherever it is not possible for Guests to wash their hands with soap and water.

Wear your mask correctly at all times where it is required.

Only eat and drink in the areas provided or under your sun umbrella.

Whenever it is possible and every time Staff or signage tells you, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If hand washing is not possible, disinfect your hands with the hand sanitizer gel provided by the Park.

By validating your ticket, you accept all Park Regulations, including the COVID-19 Responsibility Agreement. We ask that you respect all parts of the Responsibility Agreement to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.

NB: To make it easier to respect the social distancing guidelines in the Responsibility Agreement and Safety Measures, some services may not be available and/or certain maximum visitor capacities reduced. As a result, waiting times may be longer than usual. Please be patient and understanding of these necessary operational measures.
