Caribe Bay is open every day in the 2021 summer season from 01/07 to 05/09 from 10 am to 6 pm.
Can I apply for a job as Park Staff at Caribe Bay?
You can apply directly on the Caribe Bay website in the CONTACT US section https://www.caribebay.it/jobs/. Applications are screened and suitable candidates are called to interview.
Do I need to book my visit to the Park?
No, you don’t need to book. We do recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Advance ticket purchase means you save.
Can I bring food and drinks into the Park?
Yes, however there are plenty of food service areas in the Park offering a full range of menus. You’ll find speciality foods and new dishes constantly arriving to suit all tastes (sweet, savoury, vegetarian, gluten free), or fresh fruit if you don’t want to miss a minute of the attractions.
How much does entrance to Caribe Bay cost?
If you buy your ticket at the ticket offices, the prices are:
Full price ticket: € 35,00
Reduced price: € 31,00 (under 140 cm tall)
Children under 1 metre tall enter free.

Can I leave the Park temporarily?
If you wish to leave the Park temporarily and return on the same day, hand in your wristband at the cash desk and pay your total bill. You will be given a temporary wristband which allows you to re-enter later on. Temporary exit is only allowed between 11.30 am and 5 pm.

How much does Bungee Jumping cost?
Bungee Jumping is one of the Park’s attractions so you must buy a Caribe Bay entrance ticket to do your jump. Bungee jumping is an extra attraction and costs € 35 for individuals and € 70 for couples (two people jumping together, maximum permitted combined weight 140 kg) Bungee Jumping is for adults only. You must show a valid ID document, be physically fit and sign a consent form. Bungee Jumping is permitted for 16 year olds with a valid ID document and an accompanying parent.
Can people with disabilities enter the Park? How much does it cost?
Guests with disabilities are welcome at Caribe Bay. They can access Shark Bay, Laguna de Oro and all events in the show programme and all food service areas. There are disabled toilets inside the Park. A special beach wheelchair is available if you wish to spend the day at Laguna de Oro.

Yes. There are special group prices From Monday to Friday, displayed in the Group section.

No, there are no discounts for police/armed forces.
Are there discounts for pregnant women?
No, there are no discounts for pregnant women. Pregnant women can enjoy the relaxation areas, shows and entertainment on offer in the Park.
Do I have to wear a mask? What protective measures are adopted for Covid-19?
Caribe Bay has adopted Covid-19 virus safety measures that respect national and international health authority and organisation guidelines. Visit the dedicated website section.

Do any attractions have a minimum age limit?
The only attractions with a minimum age limit are Bungee Jumping and Jungle Jump. For safety reasons, certain attractions have weight and/or height limits.
To experience the thrill of Bungee Jumping or sliding down the Jungle Jump, you must provide proof of age with a valid ID document and sign a consent form. Guests aged 16 and over can also do Bungee Jumping if accompanied by an parent and providing a valid ID document.
For both attractions you must sign a consent form confirming that you are in good health. Do not wear items or accessories that may fall off, like sunglasses, Go-Pros or necklaces, etc.
Do any attractions have a minimum height limit?
Attractions with a minimum height limit are:
Jungle Jump: minimum 1.60 m; maximum 1.92 m
Tortuga Sky, ScaryFalls e Captain Spacemaker: minimum 140 cm if the attractions are used solo, 130 cm if accompanied by an adult.
Roatan: children under 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult and wear a safety float

Jungle Jump: minimum kg 55; maximum kg 100
Bungee Jumping: maximum weight limit kg 140
Scary Falls: maximum weight limit kg 180
Captain Spacemaker: overall group maximum weight kg 280
How deep are the swimming pools?
Shark Bay: shallow to 1.90 m
Laguna de oro: 1 m
Splashdown pools: minimum 60 cm / maximum 140 cm
Pirate’s Bay splashdown pools: 60 cm
Jungle Jump: 2,50 m
What is the water temperature in the pools?
The temperature of all pools is 25°C.
Is there a discount if you don’t use the slides and other attractions?
No. The Park offers a choice of relaxation areas and entertainment for people who don’t want to use the attractions.

No, scooters and other electric vehicles are not allowed in the Park.
What to do in case of bad weather?
Once your ticket has been validated, it cannot be refunded for any reason (art 74 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/72). If the Park is closed for bad weather, danger, power outage and/or any other force majeure event, Visitors’ tickets and purchases will not be refunded.
Do you need a Covid “green pass” or negative swab to enter at the Park?
In compliance with the Italian Government Decree-Law, from 6th August 2021 all Guests up to the age of 12 years will have to present “The Green Pass Certificate“ to access at Caribe Bay. More information will be available soon in our official channels.
