When does the season start at Caribe Bay and what are the opening times?
Caribe Bay is open every day from 1st June to 15th September from 10 am to 6 pm.
Can I work as part of the Caribe Bay team?
You can apply for jobs in the Job section on the Caribe Bay website https://www.caribebay.it/jobs/. The applications will then be selected and suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview.
How much does it cost to get in to Caribe Bay?

Can I temporarily exit the Park?
Yes, you can exit temporarily between 11.30 am and 5 pm.
Are there any discounts available?
The LOYALTY subscription is personal and is valid for the whole season. You can use it on three separate days to enter the park. It allows you to save up to 50%. Here are the prices: € 65,00 (adults and children taller than 140 cm)

How much does Bungee Jumping cost?
Bungee jumping costs € 35 and is not included in the price of the entry ticket. The couple bungee jump costs € 70. The bungee jump is a park attraction. To access it, you must purchase an entry ticket to the park.
Can people with disabilities access the park? How much does it cost?
Guests with disabilities are welcome at Caribe Bay. They can access the Shark Bay, the Laguna de Oro, all the scheduled shows and the refreshment areas. There are also dedicated restrooms at the park. Guests wishing to spend the day at the Laguna de Oro will have access to the “Job” chair.
The ticket costs are as follows:

Guests with disabilities that limit their mobility (in wheelchairs) Free
Are there any Family deals?
There is a special 4×3 promo for families: 4 access the park for the price of 3. Valid at selected times of the summer. Please check on the website to see if the promo is valid when you plan to visit. Alternatively, if your child is not taller than 140cm, they pay the reduced rate of € 30. If you wish to use this promotion, fill in the form you will find at this link and bring the printed email confirming the promo form has been filled out to the ticket booth.
Are there any special promos for groups? How much does it cost to access the park per day?
1. € 21 per participant for parish camps, summer schools or school groups; a list with the names of all participants on the headed paper of the parish, municipality or school is required in order to verify the group
2. € 24 per participant for all other types of groups; a list with the names of all participants is required
3. Group prices valid exclusively from Monday to Friday
4. 1 free entry every 20 paying visitors; groups of at least 20 paying participants; children under 1 m and people with disabilities get in for free
5. Dedicated entrance and ticket booths
6. The group is accompanied by a member of staff at the LA VELA PIRATA themed area. Picnic tables and rucksack storage are available.

Are there any discounts for the armed forces?
There are no discounts for the armed forces.
Are there any discounts for pregnant women?
There are no discounts for pregnant women. Even if pregnant women cannot partake in the adrenalin-filled attractions, they can relax and unwind in many fantastic areas such as Shark Bay and the Laguna de Oro. Also included with the ticket are 7 shows in our Performance Arena every day.

Are there any attractions that require a minimum height?
Attractions with height restrictions are Tortuga Sky, ScaryFalls and Captain Spacemaker. The minimum height required is 140 cm if done alone, up to 130 cm if accompanied.
Are there any weight restrictions on attractions?
Attractions with weight restrictions are:
Jungle Jump: you cannot weight less than 55 kg or more than 100 kg. You cannot be shorter than 160 cm or taller than 192 cm
Bungee Jumping: maximum weight allowed 140 kg
How hot is the water?
The temperature of all the pools is 25°.
How deep are the pools?
Shark Bay: from shallow at the shore to 190 cm
Laguna de Oro: 1 m
Pool depth at the slides: 80/90 cm
Jungle Jump: 2,50 m
Toboggans: 140 cm Children’s Area: 60 cm
If I don’t want to go on any slides or attractions, is there a discount?
We do not offer a discount to people who choose to enter and not use the attractions, but there are many fantastic areas such as Shark Bay and the Laguna de Oro where you can relax and unwind. Also included with your ticket are 7 shows every day.
How much does it cost to rent parasols, sunbeds and lockers?

Can I reserve two sunbeds and a parasol?
You cannot reserve sunbeds and parasols in advance. You can book them at the rental spot at the Park.
