General info
What is the season opening calendar for Caribe Bay and what are the opening times?

Caribe Bay is open every day in the 2023 summer season from 27/05 to 10/09 from 10 am to 6 pm.

Do I need to book my visit to the Park?

No, you don’t need to book. We do recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Advance ticket purchase means you save. We still recommend purchasing your ticket online.

Do I need to show a Green Pass / EU digital COVID certificate to enter the park?

From May 2022 you no longer need to show your EU digital COVID certificate to enter Caribe Bay.

What does the park entrance ticket include?

The park entrance ticket includes pools, slides, shows and attractions (except Bungee Jumping) available on the entrance date subject to availability of places. Caribbean Golf is next door to Caribe Bay, but outside the park. You can only enter Caribbean Golf if you purchase a specific ticket. There is a discount if you visit Caribbean Golf and Caribe Bay on the same day .

Can I leave the Park temporarily?

If you wish to leave the Park temporarily and return on the same day, hand in your wristband at the cash desk and pay your total bill. You will be given a temporary wristband which allows you to re-enter later on. Temporary exit is only allowed between 11.30 am and 5 pm.

Can people with disabilities enter the Park?

Guests with disabilities are welcome at Caribe Bay. They can access Shark Bay, Laguna de Oro and all events in the show programme and all food service areas. There are disabled toilets inside the Park. A special beach wheelchair is available if you wish to spend the day at Laguna de Oro.

Can I bring food and drinks into the Park?

Yes, however there are plenty of food service areas in the Park offering a full range of menus. You’ll find speciality foods and new dishes constantly arriving to suit all tastes (sweet, savoury, vegetarian, gluten free), or fresh fruit if you don’t want to miss a minute of the attractions.

Do I need to wear a swimming cap to enter the pools or water attractions?

No, you don't need a swimming cap at Caribe Bay.

Can I bring my pram/pushchair into the park?

Yes, you can bring your pram/pushchair into the park.

Can I bring my pet in?

No, animals are not allowed to enter Caribe Bay for hygiene reasons.

What do I do if I lose something in the park?

If you lose something inside Caribe Bay, go to the ticket office in the exit hall. If you leave something in the park, send an email to [email protected]

How do I get to Caribe Bay?

How much does parking cost?

The daily parking rate for motorbikes and cars at Caribe Bay is € 5.

Can I park my camper?

Yes, you can also park your camper in the Caribe Bay car park. The daily parking rate is € 7.50.

Is there coach parking?

Yes, coach parking requires pre-booking by a group visiting Caribe Bay.

Must I book my ticket online?

No, you can also buy tickets directly at the Caribe Bay ticket office. Special offer tickets are only available online.

How do I receive tickets purchased online?

Tickets purchased on the official Caribe Bay website are sent to the email address you give when you sign up. You can also log into the reserved area of the Caribe Bay website and download them.

Can I modify or get a refund for the ticket I have purchased?

No, when the purchase transaction is complete, Caribe Bay issues regular SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) tickets which cannot be modified or refunded.

Are there any reduced prices for park entrance?

See the "Tickets" section of the website for all current offers. You can only take advantage of these offers if you buy your ticket in advance via the website. The Park ticket office sells full price tickets only. And follow us on our social media channels so you never miss a discount!

Are there reductions for groups?

Yes, groups visiting Caribe Bay from Monday to Friday can get special reduced price tickets. See the "Groups" page for information about reduced price group tickets and how to book.

Are there reduced prices for disabled visitors?

Yes, you can buy a reduced price ticket at the Caribe Bay ticket office. Please bring a valid certificate as proof of disability and valid identity card. Ticket prices are as follows: Disabled guests without mobility issues: € 24,00 Assistants: € 32,00 Disabled guests with mobility issues (wheelchair users): Free .

Lockers, sun umbrellas and VIP cabanas
How much does sun umbrella, sun lounger and locker hire cost?

Visit the "Price and opening times" section of the Caribe Bay website for prices and more information. Go to the hire point inside the park to pay for the hire service. Rest your wristband on the reader. The cost of hire will be charged and your wristband enabled to open and close the safe box or locker .

What does sun umbrella hire include?

Sun umbrella hire includes two king size sun loungers and a safe box. Sun umbrella hire can be purchased inside Caribe Bay, subject to availability, or online with a pre-booking fee

I bought a Special 4 person ticket. Can I hire two sun umbrella pitches online?

No. Special 3 person and Special 4 person tickets have only one bar code. This means you can only book one sun umbrella pitch or one VIP cabana online. You can of course hire further sun umbrellas or VIP cabanas inside Caribe Bay if available.

What does VIP cabana hire include?

The Caribe Bay VIP cabana hire gives access to the reserved Playa Paraiso area and other exclusive services. Visit the special "VIP Cabana" page for more information.

Can I book the entire Playa Paraiso VIP Cabana area?

Yes, you can enquire about availability by sending an email to [email protected]

Can I change my sun umbrella/cabana booking date?

If you can't visit the park on your chosen date, you can change your booking by following the instructions in your confirmation email or via your Caribe Bay account with the exception of a few special instances. You must change your sun umbrella/cabana booking before 10 pm on the night before the original booking date. After that time, you cannot change the date. If you change your booking, the sun umbrella position you want may no longer be available and you will have to select another.

When is it not possible to change the booking date?

You can change the booking date if you have purchased a Special Limited ticket and you want to change the umbrella hire booking date within the ticket validity period (May, June and September). If you want to pay a surcharge and visit the park in July and August, you cannot change the umbrella hire booking date for technical reasons and umbrella hire will not be refunded.

What can I do if umbrella positions available online are fully booked?

When you enter the park, go to the sun umbrella kiosk and pay for a sun umbrella there, subject to availability.

ParK+Hotel
Can I book a hotel through the park website?

Yes, visit the "Park+Hotel"section to see our park stay packages.

Are entrance tickets included?

Yes, the Park+Hotel package includes one ticket per person valid for 2 visits to Caribe Bay during your stay. Children under 1 metre tall do not get a ticket as they enter the park free.

What does the package include?

The Park+Hotel package includes:
• your stay at your chosen accommodation
• 2 visits to Caribe Bay per person to use during your stay
• some packages also include entrance to the hotel beach club, parking, breakfast and other services. You can check which services each package includes during the booking process.

Can I find out the name of my hotel before booking?

No, you will receive the name of your hotel in the booking confirmation email. However, we guarantee that you will stay in the hotel you have selected. Photos, descriptions and location are exactly what you have chosen during the booking process.

Can I add extras and services to my package?

Contact your booked accommodation directly to add extras and services such as half board, full board, beach club entrance, etc... You will find more information in the confirmation email. To hire a sun umbrella pitch at Caribe Bay, when you have booked a package, you can consult the special section "Sun Umbrellas" and you can purchase your umbrella hire with your park entrance tickets.

Attractions and Swimming Pools
Are there access limitations for attractions?

Yes, there are height, weight and/or age limits. Read the attraction information in the regulations, available on the Caribe Bay website. The limitations are also displayed at the entrance to the individual attraction. These attractions are not suitable for visitors with any of the following health conditions: high blood pressure, heart problems, back problems, motion sickness, prostheses, disabilities, pregnancy. You cannot enter the attractions with slippers, flip flops, cameras, glasses (sunglasses or normal), masks or mobile phones.

Do any attractions have a minimum age limit?

The only attractions with a minimum age limit are Bungee Jumping and Jungle Jump. To experience the thrill of Bungee Jumping or sliding down the Jungle Jump, you must provide proof of age with a valid ID document and sign a consent form. For both attractions you must sign a consent form confirming that you are in good health.

Do any attractions have a minimum height limit?

Attractions with a minimum height limit are:
• Jungle Jump: minimum 1.60 m; maximum 1.92 m
• Barracudas: minimum 1.40 m
• Tortuga Sky, ScaryFalls e Captain Spacemaker: children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult
• Roatan: children under 120 cm must be accompanied by an adult and wear a safety float.

Are there weight limits for attractions?

The attractions with weight limits are:
• Jungle Jump: minimum kg 55; maximum kg 100
• Bungee Jumping: maximum weight limit kg 140
• Scary Falls: maximum weight limit kg 180
• Captain Spacemaker: overall group maximum weight kg 280.

How deep are the swimming pools?

Shark Bay: shallow to 1.90 m
Laguna de Oro: 1 m
Splashdown pools: minimum 60 cm / maximum 140 cm
Jungle Jump: 2.50 m
Pirate’s Bay splashdown pools: 60 cm.

Extra services
How much does Bungee Jumping cost?

Bungee Jumping is one of the Park’s attractions so you must buy a Caribe Bay entrance ticket to do your jump. Bungee jumping is an extra attraction and costs € 50 for individuals and € 100 for couples (two people jumping together, maximum permitted combined weight 140 kg) Bungee Jumping is for adults only.

What do I have to do for Bungee Jumping?

Bungee Jumping is one of the Park’s attractions so you must buy a Caribe Bay entrance ticket to do your jump. Bungee jumping is an extra attraction and costs € 50 for individuals and € 100 for couples (two people jumping together, maximum permitted combined weight 140 kg). Bungee Jumping is for adults only. You must show a valid ID document, be physically fit and sign a consent form.

Where is the nursery?

The Caribe Bay Nursery is in the Pirates' Bay area. It has everything parents and kids need. It has a feeding area with a microwave to warm baby food and bottles and nursing chairs, and a changing area with changing tables. There are also child-height toilets for kids up to 6 years old.

Food and Drink
Are there vegetarian menus?

Caribe Bay has 11 food service areas offering a wide variety of menus. There are lots of vegetarian options too. Discover what's on offer in the "Food services area" section.

Food allergies

The Caribe Bay food service areas have dietary information sheets available for consultation for foods on sale. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you do not consume food on sale in the park. We cannot guarantee that food is prepared using dedicated equipment.

Bad weather
What to do in case of bad weather?

Once your ticket has been sold, it cannot be refunded for any reason (art 74 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/72). If the Park is closed for bad weather, danger, power outage and/or any other force majeure event, Visitors’ tickets and purchases will not be refunded.

What happens if I pay for sun umbrella hire and on that date the park is closed?

If the park is closed for bad weather or other reasons, you will receive an email with instructions for modifying your booking and selecting a new date. If you change your booking, the sun umbrella position you want may no longer be available and you will have to select another.
