There are only 4 VIP cabanas for guaranteed exclusivity.
Advance purchase guarantees your place and enjoyment of all services included in the price like private parking, welcome service and priority entrance.
- What services are not included if you hire a cabana at the park?

You won't get a VIP parking space next to the entrance and priority entrance to the park. The price of cabana hire will be the same.
- Can I modify the booking date of my VIP cabana?

If you can't visit the park on your chosen date, you can change your booking by following the instructions in your confirmation email or via your Caribe Bay account. You must change your booking before 10 pm the day before the booking date you selected initially. After that time, you cannot change the date.
VIP cabanas may no longer be available on the new date if you change your booking.
- What happens if the park is closed?

If the park is closed in exceptional circumstances, for bad weather or other reasons, you will receive an email with instructions for modifying your booking and selecting a new date.
