SAFETY

Caribe Bay works hard to guarantee a totally safe visit. We have established special protocols approved by TÜV Italia for every attraction and we comply with high ISO 45001-certified safety standards.

We recommend reading the general regulations so you can enjoy a carefree day at Caribe Bay in total safety. The general regulations contain the rules you must follow, and height, age and health limitations for access to attractions. The Park declines all and any responsibility for accidents or injuries to people or things caused by imprudent behaviour or failure to observe regulations.

First Aid staff are on duty in the park during opening hours.

ELECTRONIC WRISTBAND

All Park guests must wear the electronic wristband given to them at the ticket office as proof of payment and for safety reasons. The electronic wristband is also an electronic payment system that records all purchases to be paid on leaving the Park.

BOOK ATTRACTIONS

By scanning the qrcode you can find inside the Park at the Captain Spacemaker, Scary Falls and Tortuga Sky attractions you will have the opportunity to avoid the queue by reserving the first available time slot to access the individual attractions, one reservation at a time.
